MEET Lauren!
Lauren earned her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara in Cultural Anthropology and received her CMT from National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana, CA. As a neuromuscular therapist she specializes in orthopedics, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD), injury rehab and prevention, chronic pain, and pre-/post-natal care. Lauren is passionate about myofascial decompression therapy (cupping) and is also a trained Reiki practitioner (Reiki I).
