Hi Sadhana Family! We hope everyone enjoyed their long Labor Day weekend. Just like everyone else, we lament the fact that 2025 has been moving along at the speed of light. Pumpkin spice lattes and fall weather is on everyone’s minds now that we are a few days into September.

Cancellation Policy:
We continue to maintain a 48hr cancellation policy which has been in effect for a few years now. We do our best to fill all appointments that become available due to a cancellation. If we are able to fill the appointment, then we do not charge you for the missed appointment. However, please be advised that it is challenging for us to fill appointments that become available at the last minute.

You will find our cancellation policy in the documents you signed upon becoming a patient, posted at the front desk, and in all email communications that come directly from Sadhana Health. Access to the building if the main entrance doors are closed:

The main entrances to our office building located on the East and West sides of the building are usually closed at 5:00pm during the week and at 1:00pm on Saturdays. If you have an appointment scheduled outside of those hours (or the door happens to be closed) please use the callbox located next to the door at the front gate to contact the clinic. We are then able to remotely unlock the door for you. Please DO NOT call the clinic directly from your smartphone.

Scheduling Appointments:

Please be advised that all provider schedules are currently at 75%-100% capacity. At this time, we do not have front desk support so the fastest way to schedule your appointment for physical therapy or manual therapy is online.

If you are trying to schedule with Heather, please contact the clinic by phone/text/email to schedule your appointment. There is a small handful of appointments that have just been made available for online scheduling with her. There is currently a 5-6wk wait for an appointment with Heather.
