We had a busy November with multiple visiting physicians who had the opportunity to meet a few of our patients and learn about why we are so special in the field of allied healthcare. Dr. Daniel Karlin, MD a palliative care specialist, Dr. Thais Salles Araujo, MD a palliative care specialist and integrative health physician, and Dr. Justin Laube, MD, an internal medicine and integrative health physician had the opportunity to meet with our staff and ask questions about our Mind, Body, and Spirit approach. Our team is excited that more physicians and health care institutions are warming up to returning to a more holistic approach to healthcare. “Well-care” if you will.
As we enter this last month of 2025 here at Sadhana Health, we find ourselves so incredibly grateful for our community of patients and colleagues. We have been humbled by your gratitude and kindness towards us and each other over this past year. Thank you for continuing to trust us and our off-site care partners with your health and wellness.

Announcement: Online Scheduling Only
Due to being short staffed (including administrative support), we are shifting to online scheduling only at this time. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to schedule your upcoming appointments with our providers.
If you did not set up access to our patient portal upon becoming a patient Sadhana, you will need to do so now. Let us know if you need a password reset to log in and we will send that to you. To schedule your appointments, you can go here: Book Online | Sadhana Health, Inc.
- Now click on the image of the provider you would like to schedule with to see their schedule.
- Now click on the dark blue box to select the type of appointment you are scheduling.
- Now select the appointment time in the calendar.
- Follow the rest of the instructions as prompted.

If you do not understand how to schedule online your provider will go over this with you. We do understand that a small percentage of our patients may have challenges navigating online scheduling. Please let us know if you need assistance with scheduling your appointments.
If you are a patient of Heather’s, you will continue scheduling your appointments through the clinic directly. Heather is not accepting new patients at this time. There is currently an 8-9 week wait list for her current patients.
