We are seeking manual therapists/clinical massage therapists with 3–5 years of clinical experience for our Santa Monica, CA practice. The ideal candidate is proficient in working within a multidisciplinary clinical environment and demonstrates strong communication skills when collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in a patient’s comprehensive care plan.
Preferred applicants should be skilled in a broad range of myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, positional release, active release techniques, instrument‑assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and static and dynamic cupping therapy. Certification in lymphatic drainage massage is highly valued.
Candidates must be comfortable treating a diverse patient population, including elite athletes, older adults, and medically complex individuals such as oncology patients. Experience with maintaining accurate and thorough SOAP documentation is preferred. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a strong command of human anatomy as part of the interview process.
