About This Course

Course instructor: Dr. Ryan Lystad, DC

Ryan specializes in a hands-on approach to adjusting the spine, and focuses on prehab and rehab exercises. He uses Function Movement Screening, FMS, and SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) to identify asymmetries and imbalances of potential areas that might become injured. Ryan also specializes in golfers utilizing the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) system.

Ryan has been a GT Instructor since 2014. Dr. Lystad has always been a supporter of athletics and sports, specifically rugby. He played collegiate rugby for 4 years with MSUM. While in chiropractic school, he had the privilege of playing on the elite men s team for Life University. In Denver, his passion for rugby brought him the opportunity to work with the Denver Barbarian Rugby Football Club.

Ryan attended Life University for his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Lystad and his wife opened their own chiropractic practice, Innovative Chiropractic Center, and run it together.
