Lauren is a neuromuscular therapist and specializes in orthopedics, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD), injury rehab and prevention, chronic pain, and is certified in prenatal and postpartum care. Lauren is passionate about myofascial decompression therapy (cupping) and is also a trained Reiki practitioner (Reiki I).
