Heather M. Sweeney CMT, GTS, CEO, FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL OWNER
Heather is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sadhana Health, where she promotes a model of care that unites scientific inquiry with spiritually grounded healing traditions.
As a Manual Therapist, Heather has fifteen years of clinical experience, including six years serving as a Clinical Specialist at UCLA’s Center for East-West Medicine within the David Geffen School of Medicine in Los Angeles. She is a speaker, educator and advocate for integrative health, committed to expanding public understanding of holistic modalities and advancing their responsible inclusion within contemporary healthcare.
Heather has her specialist certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) and specializes in Autoimmune Diseases, Rheumatological Conditions, Head, Neck & Shoulder Disorders, Vestibular injuries, Hip Pain, Orthopedics, and Geriatrics.
As an Energy Medicine practitioner, Heather travels a fire path while engaging in the study of Q’ero Inca Shamanism, a lineage preserved by the indigenous Q’ero Nation of the remote Peruvian Andes. Her work is informed by both traditional wisdom and contemporary energetic frameworks. She integrates modalities including Quantum Touch, Meridian Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Myofascial Unwinding, and MedSEA coaching, weaving them into a cohesive practice that honors ancestral knowledge while aligning with emerging understandings of the human energy system.

Heather is a long-time resident of Santa Monica, CA where she resides with her husband and their dogs. She is a marathon runner who loves hiking, drawing, and photography.

CINDY LIANG LECKINGTON B.A., PT, DPT, CO-OWNER, DIRECTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
Cindy Leckington is a highly accomplished orthopedic specialist dedicated to providing excellent care and expertise in the field of physical therapy. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with honors from Indiana University and went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. After finishing her doctoral studies, she completed a comprehensive orthopedic residency program, further honing her skills and gaining invaluable experiences in order to be fully equipped to address a wide range of orthopedic conditions. She is certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Blood Flow Restriction Training, Sports Emergency Response and Comprehensive Management of Concussion.
Cindy has worked with a wide array of patient populations, ranging from those with post operative diagnoses to competitive athletes looking to return safely to a high level of play. She has special interest in vestibular rehab and post-concussion therapy as well as anyone looking to optimize their life and use movement as medicine. Her true passion lies in partnering with her patients - understanding each person's story, understanding their goals and empowering them to restore movement, confidence and a full return to the activities they value most.
Cindy has spent the past ten years working in leadership positions, most recently as the Clinical Director for the Santa Monica location of a nationwide physical therapy and fitness company, building it from the ground up.
When she is not working, Cindy’s greatest joy is spending time with her husband, son, and dog, Lula. Physical activity is a way of life, whether she's hiking, running, lifting or practicing yoga. Cindy is also a huge foodie at heart who loves spending time in the kitchen, creating new recipes and connecting with friends over a delicious meal at the newest restaurant in town.
Cindy strives to live with intention, balance and gratitude for every moment.

BRIAN SWEENEY B.A., USMC, CO-OWNER
Brian Sweeney received his B.A. in Cognitive Science (NLU/NLP) from the University of Rochester and then served as an officer and attack helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps from 1988-1999. He is a senior Software & Technology executive bringing 20+ years of leadership experience to Sadhana Health. He currently serves as Sadhana Health’s business advisor and is our President of the Board.
Brian resides on the westside of Los Angeles with his wife and their dogs. He loves to cycle, run, and hike.

LAUREN FABIA B.A., CMT, MANUAL THERAPIST
Lauren Fabia earned her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the UC Santa Barbara, where she developed a foundational interest in the relationship between culture, health, and human behavior. She subsequently completed her professional training in Neuromuscular Therapy at the National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana, CA, obtaining comprehensive certification in advanced soft‑tissue assessment and treatment. Lauren is additionally certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM).
Her clinical practice focuses on orthopedic conditions, sports therapy, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), and specialized training in support prenatal and postpartum populations. Additionally, Lauren has a particular academic and clinical interest in myofascial decompression therapy (cupping).
Lauren resides in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Philip do Nascimento B.A., GTS, PT, DPT
Philip do Nascimento earned his B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University before pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at West Coast University. Following completion of his doctoral training, he expanded his clinical skill set by completing Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training and obtaining certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM).
Phil is deeply committed to working with athletes and active individuals of all ages—including student athletes—and has a strong interest in injury prevention and performance optimization. His clinical focus includes Orthopedics, Foot and Ankle injuries, and Shoulder rehabilitation. In addition, Phil brings extensive experience working with older adults, supporting mobility, strength, and long‑term functional health.
Phil lives on the westside of Los Angeles with his wife and their dog, Moon. Outside the clinic, he enjoys soccer, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Connor Johnson B.S., CMT, NASM CES
Connor earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Kinesiology from Chapman University. Pursuing his interest in clinical bodywork, he completed his Neuromuscular Therapy training at the National Holistic Institute in 2021 and later obtained his NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification in 2022.
With a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation and sports therapy, Connor has worked with a wide range of individuals and athletic populations. His experience in integrative healthcare settings—along with his work with NFL athletes, long‑distance runners, and patients recovering from surgery or injury—has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of soft‑tissue dysfunction, chronic pain management, and performance‑based treatment strategies. He brings a thoughtful, evidence‑informed approach to supporting patients of all backgrounds and ability levels.
