March is roaring in like a lion with these warm temperatures! Here at Sadhana, we are jumping into the month by supporting our athletes who have been training through the winter for spring fitness events. Between Hyrox competitions, half marathons, marathons, and triathlon training, our staff has been working together to ensure these athletes are at their strongest.

We are excited to be supporting multiple athletes who will be running the Los Angeles Marathon next Sunday March 8th; as well as a few who will be participating in the 5K event being held next Saturday. We are proud of you and excited to see you participate next weekend.

A quick note from Heather…

“I’m excited to be running the LA Marathon next weekend! This will be my first!

I want to take a moment to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Philip and Lauren for keeping me — and so many of our patients — strong and healthy throughout these many months of training. They have patiently listened to my concerns, helped me work through muscle aches and pains (and the “not injuries” I hesitate to call injuries), and consistently supported me along the way. Most recently, they helped me regain the right headspace after a challenging six weeks. Their steady encouragement and care have meant more than I can say, and I’m truly grateful for them.

I’d also like to thank all of my patients who have asked about my training at each visit. Your encouragement and support since September have meant so much to me. It’s been incredibly motivating to feel such genuine care from this community.”

Did you know that you have your personal patient portal? It is convenient and allows for easy and quick scheduling of your next appointments.

The fastest and easiest way to schedule your next appointment with all providers is to schedule online through your patient portal. Online scheduling with Heather remains unavailable. To schedule an appointment with her please call the clinic or email us. You are still able to view her schedule as well as cancel appointments online.

  • Log in (You will find this link on the upper right-hand corner of the browser page where it says “Sign in”)
  • Go to “My Account” (important links listed below will be found in the column on the left side of your browser page)
    • Upcoming appointments (this link will show you all appointments you have scheduled)
    • Appointment History (this will show you all prior appointments
    • Documents (any documents that have been shared with you will be visible here)
    • Receipts (all standard receipts of payment are here)
    • Book an Appointment (you will find this link at the bottom of the navigation list on the left-hand side of the browser page)
    • Additional links are self-explanatory

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all patients, we have created a clear policy for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals which you can view in full here>>

Recently we have had a handful of patients arrive to their appointments sick with visible symptoms. We have had to send a few people home. We would like to remind you of our policy regarding illness.

In this case, sharing is NOT caring! If you are sick with visible symptoms or contagious, please reschedule your appointment for another time. For the wellness of all of our patients as well as our staff, we will decline treatment to anyone who arrives to a session sick. Arriving to a session sick will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged in full for your appointment.
